Triangle Barn Owl Box w/ Shelf

The box is a triangular shape, the extra shelf which is fitted on the attached small shelf in front of the entrance hole allows the babies to explore and land more easily when returning to the nest. An access hole is provided for cleaning. It also has a perch on top for the owl to hunt from. The box is made of 9mm exterior plywood, the roof is felted and there is a astro turf perch on the apex. The boxes are painted with a water based wood preservative this should be reapplied yearly. A recycled plastic fixing bracket comes with the box

Tawny Owl Box

This box is set at an angle with a letterbox opening and an astro turf perch on the top for the owl to land on. There is an access hole at the front allowing for cleaning. The perch on the top can be used by the owls to hunt from. The box is made of 9mm exterior plywood, the roof is felted and there is a astro turf perch on the apex. The boxes are painted with a water based wood preservative which should be reapplied yearly. A recycled plastic fixing bracket comes with the box.

Little Owl Box

Little Owls love tunnelling and so the design of the box incorporates this. The entrance has a platform allowing the owls to land and enter; there is a long tunnel where the male will often sit while the female is in the box. There is an access hole at the front allowing for cleaning. The box is made of 9mm plywood and the roof is felted. The box is painted with a water based wood preservative which should be reapplied yearly. All boxes come with a recycled plastic fixing bracket.

Delivery of boxes is within two to ten working days of placing the order under normal circumstances, due to exceptional circumstances such as COVID 19 and the Christmas period this may take longer but tracking is always provided

To help with delivery please give us a telephone number to aid delivery if there is any problems finding the property

Also we recommend informing us of a safeplace that the boxes can be left if no one is in i.e. a porch, garage or neighbour.

The boxes come wrapped in black wrap with a information envelope on the front this contains your invoice/delivery note and information on suitable place the box.

Fixing brackets are included in all orders and how to install the fixing bracket is located on the bracket itself.

Do not use a knife/sharp objects to open the parcel and inspect for damage within 48 hours of receipt.
